Enabling multi-factor authentication (MFA)

Why MFA matters and how to set it up on your BTS-managed accounts.

Multi-factor authentication is one of the most effective ways to protect your accounts.

Why MFA matters

Even if a password is stolen, MFA blocks attackers from signing in without the second factor. BTS requires MFA on all managed business accounts.

How to set it up

After signing in, look for the security or 'Additional verification' settings. Choose an authenticator app as your primary method and add a backup such as a phone number.

Lost your second factor?

Submit a support request with the category 'Password or account access'. Do not reuse a compromised device.
