BTS-managed Microsoft 365 accounts can be set up on a new device in a few steps.
Sign in to Outlook
Open Outlook and choose 'Add account'. Enter your BTS-managed work email and password. Complete the MFA prompt when it appears.
Install the desktop apps
Sign in at portal.office.com to install the full Microsoft 365 suite if it isn't already on the device.
